
Back at cha with another grocery haul! My boyfriend and I have been trying to decide if we want to change our diet and eat only plant-based foods. We would be cutting out A LOT of things, which is why it’s so hard to just dive in and do it. We might start at a lower scale and begin by eating a “clean” diet. I’ll give you the rundown on eating clean in next week’s grocery haul! Since I didn’t grocery shop for a clean diet this week 😛

Carrots (x3) Celery Green Pepper Orange Pepper Jalapeños (x2) 15oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes (x2) 15oz. Black Beans 15oz. Kidney beans Avocado (x2) Iced Tea French Bread Tomatoes Eggs Bagels Jalapeño Spread Spaghetti Orzo Eggplant (x2) Russet Potatoes Fresh Basil Lemons (x3) Asparagus Kale Mushrooms
This week we’re going to make a spaghetti with eggplant instead of meat sauce. I’ll let you know how it is! I don’t really like the texture of eggplant, so we shall see. Comment below with the veggie you like to use as a meat replacement! (:

I really loved the ozro recipe! I love how small orzo is compared to other pasta. Highly recommend trying it!!
